katherine.

my most incredibly inspiring,
dear friend, Katherine Wolf
just spoke at our CBS group.

her words were raw and cutting
and pointed directly toward Jesus.
He has given her quite the story.
and what a blessing it is for all of us to hear
how He is continually using her life to reveal Himself.

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said,
“I am the light of the world.
Whoever follows me
will never walk in darkness,
but will have the light of life.”

John 8:12

my dad.

my dad is pretty great.
actually, that’s not true.
he’s really great.

he is a problem solver
and so is my B
(i think most men are.)

i’ve been using the same laptop for a few years now
and all of a sudden, things were moving really slowly.
actually, that’s being generous.
things were pretty much at a stand-still.

i was just about to leave for CBS a few weeks ago
and before i knew it,
and my dad swooped in and dropped off
an old (but new to me) computer.

and you know what?
problem solved.
things are no longer at a stand-still here.

he uses the excuse that he didn’t want to miss out
on not seeing one photo of his grandkids.
he’s good like that.

they are in preschool together
and will head to kindy together next year.

they’re both second children

i never ever
have to intervene when they are playing.

i think they’re both just so thrilled
that their older brothers aren’t around.
